But today its bright and sunny - if cool - and the lovely Kiwi has stepped up to the plate and is currently looking after 5 ducklings - the 6th is still drying in the incubator after a tough hatch!!
Lots of lovely colours!! The eldest hatched yesterday morning at 6am, and this morning I handed him over to Kiwi, shortly afterwards he was up and about and helping himself to food, under the watchful eye of his new mum.
