The problems persist :(

This is another video for the long suffering Crystal, who is trying to help me find out why the machine is not operating properly.

I've done the auto-set up for the motors, and checked the ER wheels, cleaned them again, found a short piece of thread tangled around the inside hub, removed it, but it's made no difference to the performance.

Even moving in a straight line along the bottom of the pattern the machine is jerking forward and uneven in speed.

This is for Crystal, as she tries to help me get my IQ working again!!  Even though I've cleaned and cleaned and everything is shining like a new pin, the stitching is not smooth and jumps around on horizontal components.

The problem persists even in the 'preview' mode

Also... I've stitched this 3 times, the first time on stitch regulated mode

Then on constant speed 2 further times

Each time I've used the same point as a reference to realign the pattern and each time its sewn the design further to the right??
