Today Alan and I helped Peter mark 110 lambs, a good morning's work! The three of us made a good team, and soon had lambs tipping from the cradle and the next one loaded before the ear tag was loaded in the ..... thing that puts it in their ear!! Hopefully they've all found their mothers again by now and are 'as right as rain'. Thankfully we've had some of the latter lately as we were very much in need of drinking water ourselves!!
This afternoon I am making my final preps for the trip to France - I'm off tomorrow - customs officials willing!!
